 2.impetus:a moving force Ex- Knowing that im doing the homework is impetus to getting good grades 3.pinnacle: the highest or culminating point, as of success, power, fame Ex- Obama reached his pinnacle last year.
4.contumely:a humiliating insult Ex- Girls are best with contumely actions when you get them mad 5.bereavement:a state of intense grief, as after the loss of a loved one; desolation. Ex- When M.J. passed, a lot of people suffered from bereavement.
 6.cache:anything so hidden Ex- During the holocaust Jewish people wished they could get food and put in a cache
 7.consummation:the act of consummating; completion. Ex- After typing for hours, the thought of consummation is harassing me.
 8.calamity: a great misfortune or disaster Ex- The calamity and destruction of hurricane katrina will always be remembered.

 14.nonchalant: coolly unconcerned, indifferent, or unexcited; casual Ex- When you act nonchalant during a serious matter, people get frustrated
15.affect: to act on; produce an effect or change in Ex- The surplus amount of bugs had a harsh affect on this years crops
16.effect:something that is produced by an agency or cause; result; consequence Ex- The effect of not putting on sun screen is sun burn
17.misappropriate: to put to a wrong use Ex- People sometimes misappropriate the use of butter knives with the use of steak knives.
18.pragmatic:of or pertaining to a practical point of view or practical considerations Ex- Help 19.metacognition: higher-order thinking that enables understanding, analysis, and control of one’s cognitive processes, especially when engaged in learning. Ex- Help
20.devoutly: devoted to divine worship or service Ex- People devoutly sacrifice time and money for religious purposes.
